I. Brand Identity
The term BÉAUCHION™ derives from three distinct elements:
“BEAU” signifying Beauty
“CHI” signifying Energy, Zen, Calm
“ON” signifying Awareness
Collectively, BÉAU’CHÍ,ÕN™ represents a unique coined designation reflecting beauty, balance, and elevated consciousness.
The emblem and monogram, comprised of the initials B & C (representing BÉAUCHION™), shall constitute the official brand symbol for all commercial use, including but not limited to, placement on luxury goods, services, and related materials.
II. Brand Purpose & Activities
BÉAUCHION™ is hereby established as a luxury brand originating in the United States with global applicability. The brand is created for the promotion and enjoyment of luxury, fashion, etiquette, style, culture, and related industries.
In furtherance of these purposes, BÉAUCHION™ operates and/or shall operate in the following fields:
1. Luxury Fashion Goods & Services
2. Talent Management, Development, and Representation
3. Publishing and Media (including but not limited to magazine, podcast, digital content, and network platforms)
4. Collaborations, Commercial Advertising, and Product Placement
5. Fashion Shows and Events, including but not limited to New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and international runway productions
III. Commerce Clause
BÉAUCHION™ is established for commerce use globally pursuant to U.S. Trademark Classes 25 (Clothing) and 35 (Business/Management Services), Sections 1(a) (use in commerce) and 1(b) (intent to use).
BÉAUCHION™ shall further pursue expansion and protection by way of international trademark conventions, including but not limited to the Madrid Protocol, for use across all continents and jurisdictions.
IV. Non-Liability Clause
BÉAUCHION™, its name, and associated intellectual property shall not be deemed liable for the actions, promises, statements, or omissions of affiliates, employees, contractors, talents, contests, online marketing activities, promotional partners, or third parties.
BÉAUCHION™ operates in full compliance with applicable legislative and judiciary regulations in all territories where commerce is conducted. Policies may be amended and adjusted as necessary to preserve compliance and brand integrity.
V. Intellectual Property & Asset Acquisition Clause
BÉAUCHION™ asserts exclusive intellectual property rights and ownership over the name, brand, monogram, slogan, and all associated marks for use entitely for global commerce.

BÉAUCHION Luxury Autos
BÉAUCHION Hotels & Hospitality
Said intellectual property is recognized as a commercial asset and may be expanded to additional classes and industries as the brand develops.
